This religious complex is located 24 km east of Neyshaboor, on the road from Neyshaboor to Mashhad. It was probably a guidemil flanking a caravansary. Owing to the trip of Hazrat Ali edbn-e Moosarreza to Toos and in memory of the great and impressive gathering of the admirers of the prophery dynasty, it was called Qadamgah, meaning monument. It was enlarged in the Safavid Period and some aivans, platforms and caravancaries was added to it. Its National Monuments Registration Number is 246. |
